ISSUE

As we all know, Indonesia belongs to Southeast Asian countries, among which Bali, Jakarta and other cities are famous for tourism. Indonesia has many scenic spots and a lot of tourism, so the transportation industry is relatively developed. Indonesia’s transportation is dominated by road and air transportation. Because of the high cost of air transportation, this means that most Indonesians will choose road transportation. Therefore, in order to promote economic development, the government conducts bidding projects. The client is a well-known local project purchaser. Because BPM had cooperation experience with the client before, the client sent the information to us after receiving the notification of the bidding project. After we receive the bidding materials, we will send the product testing TRI certificate, factory qualification certificate and successful bidding cases to the customer as soon as possible. Because of the hot climate in Indonesia and the high temperature and direct sunlight for a long time, the Indonesian government requires that the geotextile Separator fabric provided by BPM must have a long service life, resist sunscreen and strengthen the foundation. In terms of price, filament yarn is also cheaper than staple fiber. After calculating the price, we provide customers with a comparison of the packaging quantities of the two geotextiles. Due to the hot rolling process of the filament geotextile roll, the thickness of the geotextile will be thinner and the loading capacity will be more. For export, filament geotextile rolls have great advantages. After the customer received our samples and personally did the sample quality inspection, the customer accepted the more cost-effective PET Filament geotextile separator fabric.

8) Good uniformity: PET Filament geotextile is an anisotropic material. To ensure uniform strength, the two-way strength ratio should not be greater than 12. Generally, PET Filament geotextile should be used instead of woven geotextile.

9) Aging resistance: PET Filament geotextile are required to maintain normal working conditions within the service life of the pavement.

10) Water permeability: PET Filament geotextile also require good water permeability, which can be measured by the vertical permeability coefficient.
